Principles of data processing
Data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently for the data subject. We collect personal data only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes. We apply the principles of data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality, and we are accountable for compliance.
Online contact (quote form)
Legal basis: the data subject’s prior consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Purpose: answering the enquiry, providing a quote, arranging the booking.
Data processed: name, phone number, email address, town, selected service(s), message.
Retention: up to 30 days after the program, then deleted.
Consent can be withdrawn any time at info@fps.co.hu.
Data processing for booking programs
Legal basis: consent (for contact and for marketing use of photos/videos), performance of a contract, and the legal obligation related to invoicing.
Purpose: communication, arranging programs, booking and invoicing.
Data processed: name, email, phone number, message, address, number/names of participants.
Retention: contact data 30 days; contract 5 years; invoicing data 8 years.
Data transfer: only invoicing data (e.g. szamlazz.hu, accountant).
Invoicing
Legal basis: legal obligation (Hungarian Accounting Act, Act C of 2000).
Purpose: issuing invoices for the service and meeting bookkeeping obligations.
Data processed: name/company name, billing address, tax number.
Retention: 8 years from the issue of the document.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (GDPR Articles 15–21). Requests can be submitted at info@fps.co.hu or via the contact details above.
Cookies
The website may send small packets of information (cookies) to your browser. We use session cookies (temporary, deleted at the end of the visit – e.g. language selection, form security), performance/analytics cookies (which do not identify individuals), and third-party cookies from external providers. Google Analytics and social media
The website uses Google Analytics to understand visitor behaviour in order to improve the site; measurement is done via cookies, without identifying individuals. Data breach, complaint (NAIH)
In the event of a data breach – if it is likely to result in a risk – we notify the supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it. Final provisions
The company employs fewer than 250 people and is therefore – apart from the exceptions – not obliged to keep a record of processing activities. Amendments to this notice take effect upon publication on the website.
